Cruising up 89 through Utah

Wow!!!  is the first word that comes to mind when seeing these beautiful sites.   Before one site settles in, around the next curve comes another.  We spent a night at the Walmart in Page, Utah. It was crazy at the amount of campers staying on the parking lot there! This was the most crowded Walmart we have ever stayed at LOL.   Horseshoe Bend was just a few miles away. It was a breath taking view.  We had a good little walk and it was hot that day but certainly worth the effort.    Next we moved on to Zion National Park.  We stayed in a nice little park in Mt Carmel, just a few miles drive to Zion.  Still one beautiful view after another. I had to add this photo because it is not what we are used to seeing …gotta love it! At this point, we were thrilled to have our friends Chuck and Linda Milne join us!  They were kind enough to drive from their home in Las Vegas in their beautiful RV to see us. That thing is a beast! We spent several days exploring the city.  My favorite was Canyon Road, a half mile stretch road of over a hundred art gallery’s, boutiques, and restaurants, which i was told that 90 of those were fine art gallery’s.  It made my heart happy to visit one after the other. I am fortunate that Bobby enjoys the art as much...
